We will be closing for a bit but be encouraged. We are a resilient country and we will bounce back even stronger than before. I plan to start live feeds soon so our clients can keep up their self practice.
I will continue to train privates online as well.

The studio is open and classes and privates are still rolling in spite of flu or viruses.
Use wisdom if you are ill and of course cancel as not to spread any illnesses to trainers or clients and to get the proper rest you require to recover.
We have not been given a spirit of fear but of power and love and a sound mind.
