People constantly ask us if it’s hard to keep our white mats clean. The short answer is yes😂. The long answer is No.
All training mats take the same amount of effort to keep clean.
Mats should be cleaned everyday and in between any large training breaks
All training gear should be cleaned after every training session
Anyone who steps on the mats should have clean feet (this ones huge)
Mats should be deep-cleaned every month
White mats are not harder to keep clean. Everyone should be doing this anyway if they care about their gym and students. White mats just keep us more honest and hold us to a higher standard of hygiene here at Paradise🌴
