Havoc Athletics 11u - Collins Our mission is to develop elite softball athletes through a commitment to rigorous training, competitive excellence, & personal integrity.

We strive to create an environment where high-level athletes can refine their limits & achieve peak performance. Havoc Athletics softball team is based out of the Panhandle of Florida and was created to give girls along the Emerald Coast and surrounding areas exposure to a higher level of softball and prepare them for the upper-level sports and beyond. Softball is the focus, but our goal is to gr

ow well rounded athletes and leaders in the community.

8U – 12U Player development is our primary goal. We expose our athletes to opportunities and coaching that will set them up for successful scholastic sports careers. Havoc plays in USSSA or USFA Fastpitch tournaments. Most tournaments are on Saturdays and are played in NW Florida, South Alabama, Louisiana, and South Georgia. Playing with two organizations helps minimize travel and offers more opportunities for competition. Practices are structured and physically demanding at times to push the players to reach outside their athletic comfort zone. We don't lose sight that our girls need to enjoy what we're doing so we find time for fun.

Forget the numbers.
Forget the stat sheet.
Forget what anybody outside this room thinks we should be.

This is about US.

It’s about the work nobody sees.
The conversations nobody hears.
The reps nobody remembers.
The days when it would be easier to stay comfortable—but we choose to get uncomfortable.

And lately?

You can feel something coming back.

The confidence.
The swagger.
The fight.
The belief.

The old us is stepping back out.

We’re remembering what happens when we stop worrying about what’s supposed to happen and start playing the way WE know how to play.

We know what OUR STANDARD is.

And we know what happens when every person in this room buys into it.

One step.
One rep.
One practice.
One battle at a time.

No shortcuts.
No excuses.
No apologies.

We’re getting back in stride.

We’re getting back to being uncomfortable to play against.

We’re getting back to making people feel us.

This isn’t about chasing somebody else.

Two wins. Zero losses. And a whole lot to be thankful for. 🙏🏼

This team keeps showing up, working hard, and fighting together—and today was another reminder of just how special this group is. 🖤

But this isn’t just about what happens between the lines. We are so incredibly grateful for the people who continue to believe in these girls and support this team.
