Hello friends and happy Monday!

Today I have for you this healthy walnuts and pumpkin snack, good for your afternoon cup of coffee or tea or even good for breakfast 😋

For the dough:
1 cup blended walnuts
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 banana
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
Pinch of salt
3 Tbsp room temperature butter (melted)
5 Tbsp Whole wheat flour

For the filling:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
2 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener liquid

Basil pesto 😋

Ingredients:
* 2 cups basil
* 2 oz Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 cup pine nuts
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 1/2 a lemon
* 2-3 garlic cloves
* pepper to taste
* salt is optional, depending on how salty is your cheese and taste!

Everything in a food processor and voila you have it ready for your favorite pasta dish! Enjoy ☺️
