April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and here at MBD Martial Arts Academy, we believe that empowerment starts with action.

To honor this important month, we are opening our doors and offering FREE Muay Thai Kickboxing classes to all women and girls ages 13 & up for the entire month of April! 🥊❤️

The Details:
🗓️ Every Tuesday in April at 7:00 PM
💸 100% FREE (Attend up to 4 classes!)
🔰 No experience needed & open to all fitness levels!

This class is completely free to everyone in our local community, including the wonderful moms of our current MBD students. 📣
Plus, a special perk for our currently enrolled female members: You can attend these Tuesday sessions as an extra free weekly class to supplement your training!

Muay Thai (Thai kickboxing) is an incredibly effective martial art that utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees.
