FIRST....I am very sorry for not keeping up with this. Life happens and I should have made the time to keep the page updated.
But I have been on the move...
Trying to make better eating choices. It IS hard.
Depression is still there but I push ahead.
I'll be turning 50 in two weeks...but I don't feel it!
I have a physical check up on that same day. A couple of things I want to look into as I make it to half a century!
A week after that I am going to another comic book/entertainment convention. My gift to me.
Looking to make my life enjoyable by making healthy and intelligent decisions....physically...emotionally and mentally.
And YES....I have been stepping.
As long as I stay healthy...One million, one hundred thousand steps as a goal WILL be a reality!
I hit ONE MILLION steps this week with two weeks to go in the Virgin Pulse Challenge!
ALL IS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
Now to apply this achievement to the other goals!
