A quick update from the Pilates and Custom Fitness Family!
As many of you know, Heather is currently recovering from her recent surgery. She is still in the hospital making steady progress, keeping her spirits high, and sending her love to everyone!
While she isn't able to have visitors or respond to messages just yet, we want to make it easy for everyone to stay in the loop on her milestones and steps toward coming home. We are using her CaringBridge site to share regular updates.
