This snow storm has us at home wishing we could be hosting IBEW Local Union #347’s Christmas Party again!

Our guests enjoyed our hearty Marinated Beef Tips with Mushroom sauce on top of Farfalle Pasta, grilled Pineapple Bourbon Pork Loin, and Chicken de Burgo with Garlic Herb Cream sauce.

The dessert options weren’t in short supply with Red Velvet cake, layered Chocolate cake, and Cheesecake! Don’t worry- we didn’t forget the whipped cream and strawberry to top it off! 🍓

We kicked off our holiday party season last week with the Des Moines Firefighters. This week we welcome back MercyOne Carlisle!

Their decorations were stunning, the appetizers were a hit, and the Cranberry and Almond encrusted chicken was mouthwatering! Did we mention the chocolate lovers cake?

👩‍⚕️ 👨‍⚕️ Welcome Iowa Specialty Hospital Leaders!

This afternoon we hosted a day time presentation and taco bar lunch for front line hospital employees. They were joined by Quint Studer who owns the Pensacola Blue Wahoos!

We proudly thank each of them for their hard work during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are excited to have you return to enjoy your suite during the Iowa Cubs game tonight!

👨‍🎓👨‍🎓 Congratulations CJ & Reed!

We ended our weekend with a big bang! The moms for this double Dowling Catholic High School graduation party really stepped up their decorations game and we loved it as much as their guests! After celebrating their high school achievements with nearly 350 of their family and friends, CJ and Reed are off to the University of Iowa! Best of luck, boys!

👩‍🎓🎓👨‍🎓 Congratulations UnityPoint Blank Children's Hospital Class of 2021 Pediatric Residency Grads!

Event two of the week was quite special! We had the privilege to be the host for these graduates’s diploma ceremony. We know these grads will do amazing things in their future and we are thankful they chose us to help celebrate their recent accomplishment!

👨‍⚕️ Happy Retirement Doctor Huff!

We have a full line up of events this weekend and we kicked it off today with a retirement party for Dr. Huff with MercyOne in Carlisle!

Dr. Huff was in practice for 28 years and was a college professor for years beforehand. Enjoy not having to set an alarm anymore and knowing everyday is a Saturday!

Our post Iowa Cubs game event has us feeling all sorts of joy. It was a privilege to host this celebration of life for Cassie Ickowitz’s family.
