New session starts Tuesday night! We would love to see some new faces! Families are welcome, it's a great way to work out with your kids! I would love to see some old South Y faces as well! New session starts tonight and we are looking for a couple more beginner students to meet our minimum four that class so if you are interested or know someone that is please pass it along. You don’t have to be a member of the YMCA to join our program. Age 6 and above. Great activity for children and adults. Plus, it’s FUN!
