Calling all ladies! We are a women's only, workout class in the Des Moines area - and we want YOU to join! Our functional fitness classes are created for women of all walks of life to get StrongHer Together!

It seems the universal experience for women is feeling judged, uncomfortable, or unwelcome at the gym. StrongHer is here to change that stigma by creating a judgment free environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We believe every single woman should be allowed to build community, confidence, and strength together.

Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6am with plans to add more days and classes soon!
