Braided Brutes Wrestling We are an all girls wrestling club. We coach beginners through high school grade wrestlers.

We also put together girls dual teams for both youth and high school level wrestlers.

The Braided Brutes Dual Team competed in the Cedar Valley Girls Duals today and are bringing home 3rd place! Congratulations ladies and thank you all for coming out and representing the Brutes well.

Little Miss Aryanna also brought home the Outstanding Wrestler award. She scored the most team points in the tournament with 24 pts. Great job Aryanna.

We took a team to Indiana this past weekend to compete at USA Girls Midwest Nationals (War of the Roses). These ladies finished 6th of 46 teams from across the nation. Congratulations ladies!!!

We ended the duals with 3 undefeated wrestlers on our Braided Brutes team. Congratulations Libby, Aryanna, and Haley!!!

Had to duck, duck, jeep Lilly! We got her an extra big duck and had all the girls from both groups sign it for her.

I see some state champs, state placers, and some all americans in this group. With wrestling though there is always work to be done and new ways to do things. What a fun and hard working group of girls!

Spots are still available for this camp. Get your female wrestler signed up to come and learn from one of Iowa's top female wrestlers, Lillly Luft! Lilly is a member of the University of Iowa Women's Wrestling team and has many accomlishments to her name.

U20 Women's Nationals All American
High School Nationals All American
Tricia Saunder's Midwest Award Winner
Dan Gable Ms. Wrestler of the Year and
National Wrestling Hall of Fame Wrestler of the Year.

Lilly will be available for photos and autographs after each camp session. She will also have orders for her personal camp t-shirts.
