Yalls basketball conversations are super weird and have narrow width and little depth. If you’re new to women’s basketball i hope you actually take time to notice the level of skill and teamwork that happens.
I had great joy coaching the women’s game back in 2008-2011 and 2017-2020. And the women’s game is full of players who have skill, cleverness, attention to detail( just pay attention to the cuts and screens)flair, artistry, versatility, finesse, force, professionalism, leadership, and fun.
You new folks are making what should be a beautiful game not fun.
There are layers to the equity of this game that need to be spoken on that women like Sheryl Swoops, Lisa Leslie, Tamika Catchings, Candace Parker ( rookie of the year and a chip 🏆 her rookie season), Cheryl Miller, just to name a few. All women who helped to lay the foundation of women’s professional basketball, who do not get the love they deserve in this divided game the media has created.
Cc herself has recently done well to highlite those before her, but the fan base that has supported her is making the water muddy and the media is telling you how and which way to think.
Just watch the games with no emotion! Enjoy!! I think the women’s game is full of some of the highest level of skill and ability to make the right plays that i have seen! There are no high flying dunks and freakish plays like the men’s game so in women’s hoops the game is reliant on the beauty of the skill and team play displayed.
All i ask is that we all sit back and enjoy, subscribe to the league passes, buy the tickets, buy the jerseys, teach your daughters the skill of the game. And most of all just support with love.

P.s. some of you making basketball post, i would love to see you shoot a jumpshot( i seen your upper backs so i know that draw back is tense 😜🤣), or understand a drive, kick, swing. Or be able to draw something up on a board. This part wasn’t necessary but i would say it in real time so here you go.
