Shiva Yoga We are a heated Yoga Studio located in Des Moines, WA. We offer high quality Yoga and fitness classes for all levels.

We have trained and experienced teachers who are supportive and encouraging. Our community is diverse, friendly, and very welcoming. re classes. Shiva Yoga is a body-positive, inclusive studio where all people are welcome. Our mission is to bring the healing power of yoga and mindful movement to our community in a supportive, non-judgmental space. In addition to daily classes, we host special events and workshops, creating opportunities for deeper connection, growth, and healing—both on and off the mat.

It's our beloved Shiva members, Kristina and Liesl, teaching a Community class this Sunday at 9:15 am.

You seen them, chatted with them, gotten to know both those amazing ladies on a personal level at Shiva Yoga and now get ready to see a whole new side of them! They will lead you through an all over body workout!

Community classes are free classes for the whole community, giving newly graduated teachers an opportunity to teach. We ask for a donation of a canned or non perishable food item to be donated to Des Moines Food Bank.

We hope to see you this Sunday. Kristina and Liesl teach the entire class from start to finish. Come workout!
