Seattle Cider just closed their doors. I wanted to shout them out because they were a big part of the start of my business in 2020. For 5 years I taught group fitness classes in the Seattle Cider Taproom. People would say, “wait you teach barre, in a bar?! Amazing, sign me up!” Thank you Seattle Cider for taking a chance on a non traditional business collaboration, thank you for helping me build my fitness community, you’ll always be part of my story. 🫶🏽

🎉 S I X! 🎉 Today marks 6 whole years of Fitness Express! The traditional six year theme is I R O N and it couldn’t be more fitting. Iron symbolizes strength and durability, representing the solid foundation of my business. Thank you for showing up season after season, being the iron solid pieces that have helped build this foundation of strength in our community. 💪🏽

🎉 F O U R years! Four years ago I launched Fitness Express with an evening barre class followed by champagne bubbles and prizes, a theme I’ve kept over the years. Your girl loves to give away prizes, what can I say. I had slew of unique collaboration events lined up with local businesses, but 2020 had other things in store for the world. I cannot thank my loyal community for keeping me going, I pivoted, and pivoted, and for four years, you keep showing up. I look forward with open arms and optimism for some exciting things ahead this year, like adding to my offerings and adding more classes. Stay tuned! Happy F O U R! 🎉
