Hoop Life Hoop Life is a basketball skills training program that works with athletes of all ages and skill sets of all types.

Individual and skills groups are offered year round where player development is our focus.

They might go to rival high schools, but when it comes to giving back to the community Ankeny Centennial and Ankeny Hawks know how to come together and help our kids! Our Jr Basketball league kids love having them with us.

The last few classes, we worked on how to pass the ball and talked about different types of passes. Love how they communicate to each other!

Simple fundamentals. Hard attack, change direction, seek & keep contact, two foot finish. She does this in varsity games and is very efficient off of two feet. Make sure you can finish on both sides with both hands!
