Through community support, fundraising, pickleball tournaments, merchandise and donations we can renovate tennis courts and playgrounds for pickleball use, provide training, coaching and equipment to marginalized communities to spread the game of pickleball with the intent to create pickleball enthusiast by those who love the game. Pickleball facilitates communication and interaction with others, Social skills such as verbal and non-verbal communication, empathy, interpersonal and listening skills are essential for establishing friendships and navigating your way through life with a better degree of satisfaction. Pickleball is a recreational activity that helps manage stress. It provides a chance to nurture oneself and provides a sense of balance and self-esteem, which can directly reduce anxiety and depression.
