There is 24 hours in a day. But you find yourself complaining about not enough time to get things done.

Tip: Give yourself a specific time: 30 minutes/1 hour and set a timer. Complete as much as you can within that time. Once the timer is off your done for the day!

P.S. This can go for chores, specific tasks, self-care, etc.
