Unfortunately, there wasn't enough interest this year to hold the event weekend and we have to cancel for 2024. Any registrations already sent in will be returned. Here's hoping 2025 will return bigger and better.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We are trying to make SAST a bigger and better event. But we can't do it without help. We are running on a skeleton crew and are pressed thin to make this happen. If we can't get additional help to get this going, we may need to cancel the event.

PLEASE, if you can commit to a few hours over then next few months, reach out. We've been having meetings every two weeks for about an hour.

We need volunteers for several different activities this year.
We need:
Officials, check in table help, set up/tear down help, and many more. If you want to participate, but can't do the softball, please reach out to us. It takes a village to put together a production like this one.

2024 SAST planning season is upon us!

Committee meeting is 6pm tomorrow, Thursday, April 11th at Smokey D's. We'll meet in the big room to the left of the order line. Please if you can help plan and execute another successful tournament, come join us.
