You know the saying, never skip leg day? 🫡🦵

Meet the Precor Prone Leg Curl, one of those machines that may look simple, but your hamstrings will have PLENTY to say about it.

So, why add it to your next lower-body workout?

A quick update to our staffed hours at Highland Park Fitness! ⏰

Moving forward, Highland Park Fitness will be staffed during the same hours as Powerhouse Nutrition next door. If you need assistance during the hours listed below, just stop into the Nutrition Shop and one of our staff members will be happy to help you!

As always, your gym access isn’t changing. Members will still have 24/7 access to Highland Park Fitness. 💪

Need help outside of staffed hours? Give us a call at 515-400-3500 Monday–Friday from 8 AM–5 PM, or leave us a voicemail and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. You can always email [email protected] if you need assistance as well!

Julia and Mia have some pretty exciting things ahead of them, and we're honored to have a front row seat of the process!

As these two get ready to take on their next chapter running track at Drake University, we're happy to be a small part of what happens behind the scenes. So, if you see a couple of Bulldogs putting in the work around HPF, make sure you say hi 😉🐶

We told you Julia was bringing another Drake Bulldog with her tomorrow... and now it's time to introduce her. 🤫😉

MEET MIA! 🐶💙

Mia will be joining Julia at Powerhouse Nutrition tomorrow starting at noon, and she’s bringing some serious speed with her:

We’re excited to have TWO Drake Bulldogs hanging out with us and even more excited to give our community a chance to come meet them, show them some love, and support the work they’re putting in on and off the track.
