We are pleased to share a significant update on the Pro Iowa Stadium and Global Plaza project.

We have recently submitted the final IRA application, a major milestone in our journey to transform the Dico Superfund Site into a premier destination for sports and cultural events in Des Moines. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication that has gone into advancing this initiative.

Over the past several years, we have been diligently working to secure the necessary funding for this $95 million project. Although there remains a gap in our capital campaign, the submission of the final IRA application marks a crucial step toward completing our funding efforts. To fully close this gap, additional private funding is essential.

The next critical phases include:
Finalizing the site development agreement with the City of Des Moines
Obtaining approval from the Polk County Board of Supervisors
Addressing the remaining funding requirements.
Each of these steps is vital as we continue to move the project forward.

The Pro Iowa Stadium and Global Plaza will offer a dynamic and inclusive environment, with a diverse range of sports and cultural events, including professional soccer, establishing Des Moines as a leading destination for entertainment.
