. If you cannot identify, do not eat. Foraging is NOt for everyone. Not recommending-foraging for beginners.

is a hands-on learning experience, always go with experienced foragers, people end up eating poisonous plants each year for misidentification.

Edited: a lot of questions about stinging nettle: you don’t eat it raw or else your mouth will itch and blister, you need to cook it!
