Here’s what Rowe Casa I’m packing for Labor Day Weekend!

We’re headed to Broken Bow for a little Labor Day mini vacation, and you better believe my Rowe Casa favorites are coming with me. 🙌🏼

Here’s what made the bag:

☀️ Sun Lotion — for days spent kayaking, at the river, and soaking up every bit of sunshine we can.

🦟 Insect Repellent — an absolute MUST for hikes, exploring outside, and nights sitting around the fire.

🤎 Rapid Relief — because between hiking, kayaking, and being outside all weekend… somebody is bound to come home with a bite, scrape, or little something that needs soothing. 😂

🍋 Electrolytes — to replenish and rehydrate after long, hot days in the sun. These stay in my bag year-round!

💪🏼 Muscle + Joint Pain Lotion — for any aches and soreness from traveling, hiking, kayaking, or sleeping in a bed that isn’t mine. 😂

Basically… my little Rowe Casa Labor Day survival kit.

Our September schedule opens to the PUBLIC on Monday!

If you’ve been waiting to grab a class, set those reminders and get ready to book!

OUR MOST ANTICIPATED EVENT OF THE YEAR IS BACK! 🦃🥧

For the SECOND year in a row, we’re bringing back the Abide's Pilates Pie & Pilates Thanksgiving Social — and if you were there last year, you already know… this is no ordinary Thanksgiving get-together!

Start dusting off those whisks, pulling out the recipe books, and getting your chef hats ready because the stakes are HIGH. 🏆

In case you’ve forgotten, last year’s champions set the bar pretty high:

🥇 Alexis Rhoten — Most Creative: Dessert Nachos
🥇 Brooke Brown — Sweet Winner: Salted Caramel Apple Pie
