🤩🤩Hey besties! 🤩🤩
Finally got my business page up and running! I just wanted to introduce myself and get a little vulnerable with y’all. My name is Hailea. I’m a full time RN, dog mom, and gym girlie! I’ve been in the gym for around 8 years now. I started at Planet Fitness when I was in college! I stayed mostly in the corner and on the treadmill. I did struggle with exercise bulimia. It took some time for me to realize what that even was.. Basically, it’s exercising with the goal of compensating after overeating (for example, having a binge on food and then going to the gym for multiple hours afterward to compensate).
To say the least my fitness journey started off rocky but I soon started educating myself with YouTube videos and IG reels. (This was before TikTok) I went from wanting to be the “skinny girl” to wanting to look like the girls on IG. Years after this, I realized that everyone’s fitness journey is different and everyone’s bodies are different. What worked for other people may or may not work for me. I did more research and finally learned that carbs arent bad so I picked up the weights and left the treadmill in the dust.
I started listening to my body, eating when I was hungry, resting when I need rest.
Feeling confident in your body and seeing results is so so rewarding. Soooo I went to back to school to get certified in personal training to help others get started and to hopefully help people skip the unhealthy phases.
My preferred style of training is weight/resistance training. It’s the most interesting and challenging to me! It’s also what I have most experience in and where I see the best result.
My goal is to help others feel comfortable in the gym, become a healthier version of themselves and to feel good in their skin!
