How often would you put fun and exercise in the same sentence? Try rebounding and you just might start to.
Have you ever jumped or wanted to and never did? My first try was in September and it was instant "YES" . After my second time rebounding I ordered four trampolines for my class. I do have the handlebar set up on three of them and a bar for the fourth. We are all learning technique and loving the shorter more intense cardio than on the floor. It's an effetive tool for core and strength as well.
If you have one and don't use it, you might want to dust it off and start with some gentle pressing without leaving the mat for as long as you are able. Find some short beginner workouts on You Tube.
If you have one you don't use and would like to let it go, let me know.
