All of our softball teams have officially wrapped up their seasons, and while we’re so proud of everything these girls accomplished, we’re already looking ahead to what’s next!

We are beyond excited to officially announce Brad Hext as the Head Coach of our Sticks Softball 14U team!

Coach Brad brings years of coaching experience, a wealth of knowledge, and a track record of success that speaks for itself. More importantly, he knows how to connect with young athletes and help them grow…not just as players, but as people. That’s exactly the kind of leadership we want in our program.

And let’s be honest… the fact that he’s Cooper Hext’s dad is a pretty big bonus too. 😆 So there’s a very good chance you’ll see him floating around the ballpark this season!

But if somehow that’s not enough, know this: Coach Brad has proven success, a passion for teaching the game, and a heart that gives 100% to the kids he coaches.

We know he’s going to pour everything he’s got into this team, and we can’t wait to watch these girls grow under his leadership.

If you’ve been around these girls this past season, then you already know…they’re something GREAT.

Coach Katie Willis and Coach Laurel Patin have built more than a softball team. They’ve created a culture of hard work, accountability, encouragement, and toughness. The success they’ve had together this season is just the beginning, and we are beyond excited to see what the future holds for them at Sticks Softball.

These coaches pour their hearts into these girls every single day. They celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, and teach life lessons that go far beyond the softball field. And the girls have responded in a BIG way!

We are excited to officially introduce Coach Keya Spears and Coach Kara Fontenot as the leaders of our 12U Sticks Softball team for the upcoming season!

These two coaches have been coaching together for quite some time now, and they understand what it takes to build a successful team both on and off the field. They know that wins are earned through hard work and creating a culture where players genuinely enjoy showing up every day.

What makes this team special isn’t just the softball. It’s the friendships that are built, the confidence that grows, the life lessons learned, and the memories these girls will carry with them long after their playing days are over. Coach Keya and Coach Kara are committed to helping each athlete develop their skills while also creating an environment where every player feels valued, encouraged, and supported.

We are beyond excited to officially announce the return of Coach Alyssa Cloessner as the head coach of our Sticks 10U Softball team for the upcoming season!

If you’ve ever met Alyssa, you know one thing immediately…she has one of the biggest hearts in the world. She is kind, encouraging, patient, and truly loves pouring into young athletes. She’s the type of coach who makes every player feel valued, builds confidence, and creates an environment where girls can grow both on and off the field.

But don’t let that sweet personality fool you… she also knows how to compete. 💪🥎

Alyssa brings a strong softball background, leadership experience, and a passion for developing players the right way. She understands what it takes to help young athletes improve while still making the game fun and memorable.

⚾️ CLUBHOUSE BASEBALL ACADEMY TRYOUTS 🥎

This is the week we begin finalizing coaches, teams, and plans for the upcoming season!

If you haven't registered your player for tryouts yet, now is the time. Coaches will soon begin reaching out to registered players and families as we start putting together our teams and preparing for what promises to be an exciting year.

We're approaching 200 registered prospects and couldn't be more excited about the talent and interest we've seen so far. We have some great things in store for the future of our program and are making improvements that we believe will make Clubhouse Baseball Academy even stronger.

At CBA, we're about more than just athletics. We focus on player development, character, accountability, and building young athletes both on and off the field. Most importantly, we've built a culture where teammates become family and families become lifelong friends.
