📣 NEW SCHEDULE STARTS TODAY! 🥋

A few schedule changes are officially in effect beginning today, August 24th!

🔹 Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays: No changes — classes will continue at their normal times.

🔹 Wednesdays: The studio will now be closed on Wednesdays moving forward.

🔹 Thursdays: Our class times have been adjusted, so please be sure to check the updated Thursday schedule before heading to class!

We appreciate everyone’s flexibility as we make these adjustments and look forward to seeing you in class! 👊🥋

🥋 Congratulations to all of our students who tested and promoted last weekend! 🥋

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who stepped onto the floor and demonstrated their hard work, dedication, and growth. Every new rank represents countless hours of training, perseverance, and commitment. Congratulations on this well-earned accomplishment!

A very special congratulations to Santos Jo Kyo on her promotion to Sam Dan (3rd Degree Black Belt)! 🎉🥋 An incredible milestone and a reflection of years of dedication to her training and continued growth as a martial artist and leader.

We also want to congratulate Mr. Haugh and Mr. Reilly on earning their Cho Dan (1st Degree Black Belt)! 🖤🥋 Reaching black belt is a tremendous accomplishment, but more importantly, it marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in their Soo Bahk Do journey.

Congratulations to all of our newly promoted students! Keep training hard, setting new goals, and continuing to raise the standard.

🦓 Breaking News: Ohio zebras have reportedly started practicing better stances after a surprise visit from a Brnich Karate student. Coincidence? We think not. 🥋

🥋🏀 From the dojang to the court!

A strong front kick today helps build the coordination for a jump shot tomorrow. Power. Balance. Focus. Confidence. Different sports, same discipline.

Our student started with a few martial arts moves… then decided the best finishing technique was a jump shot. We checked the rulebook, and thankfully there’s no penalty for scoring extra style points. 😄

From peaceful farmland to horse-and-buggy country, our students proved that karate spirit travels wherever summer takes you. We can’t confirm if the cows were impressed by the martial arts skills… but we’re pretty sure they were watching. 🐄👀

🌧️🥋 Most people stay inside during a flash flood warning 🥋🌧️

Our students? They saw a perfect opportunity to get in a little extra training… safely of course 😄

Rain pouring, puddles everywhere, and not a single excuse in sight. That’s the kind of determination we love to see! Whether it’s sunshine, storms, or somewhere in between, the martial arts spirit never takes a day off.
