It's the Feature Winners Championship race at the Bird.
Jack is locked into the championship race with his 2 wins this year.
Logan has to race his way in. He starts p1 in his heat.
Maddie is still a rookie so she doesn't have a championship race. It's just a normal race day for her. She starts p2 in the heat race.

It was a good Labor Day weekend for us. Saturday was our last night race of the season. Jack got his 2nd win this season and Logan and Maddie finished 3rd.
Today we did a car show and won the Show finder choice award.
I would like to thank everyone that helped me with Logan's car. And sorry about your foot Tom lol.

It was a good day at the Bird. Maddie raced her way from p6 to p2 in her heat race. She is really getting her line down. In the main she started p2 and finished p2.
Jack had a good car in the heat. He led the heat flag the flag. In the main I should of made a gear change he started p1 and finished p2.
Logan's heat wasn't so good I made a bad gear change and he couldn't keep up with the pack. Started p3 finished p4. For the main I did better with the gearing and he some good racing with 3rd and 2nd but in the end fighting a loose car had him finish p4.

It was a Glow part night race at the Bird.
All 3 started there heat race on the pole. Jack finished 5th. Maddie won her heat. And Logans car got really tight half was thru the heat and he finished 4th.
For the mains we had some fun with Jack's car and put Glow sticks on it. He finished 5th.
Maddie had a great race and she won her 2nd race of the season.
Logan had a good car for about 4 laps till something started happening with his throttle. And he was on the brakes so hard they started glowing red. So that ended his night.

What a day at the Bird.
Jack had his best heat race since his rookie season. He started 3rd and finished 3rd in a 6 car race. He held off a good driver behind him. Without letting the lead cars pull too far away. His main was another story. Sometime between the heat and the feature we misplaced neck rolled and had to go to a back up. He was not comfortable with the back up and he fell back to 7th real quick and that's where he finished.
Maddie had an all around decent day. With her being a rookie we still have some thing to work on like running her line and not following the car in front of her. She started her heat 3rd and finished 2nd and the main 2nd to 3rd.
Logan's heat race he started 2nd and finished 2nd with a loose car. I made an adjustment and his car was still loose for his main. He got passed by the 3rd place car rite at the start And it took some time to make the pass for 2nd all the while the leader was pulling away. He was almost a lap down with 3 laps to go the leader spun trying to lap a car. Logan held the lead for the last few laps to get the wind. Its not the way we wanna win but a win is a win.

I want to give a big thank you to Jurassic Racing for taking time on Saturday to help me set up all the cars. I know this let Jack have that awesome heat race

It was a hot one at the Bird today and the kiddos were just as hot on the track. Once again all 3 got to bring home cool trophies for our Christmas in July race.
Jack started 3rd and finished 3rd
Maddie started 6th and made some great passes and finished 2nd
Logan started 1st and finished 1st

It was a great night at the Bird. For the first time all 3 kiddos got podium finishes!
Jack got his first top3 this season finishing in 3rd.
Maddie had a great race she started in 2nd and fell back to 4th and raced her way back to 2nd.
Logan led his race flag to flag but it wasn't easy. He was fighting a loose car and the 2nd place car on his bumper and a couple times rite next to him.

And thank you to everyone that helped me out today I really appreciated it.
