The New Jersey State Police Fi****ms Investigation Unit sent a memo to New Jersey FFLs announcing a 200% increase in the NICS portal administration fee to support “system enhancements” that will include a new portal for dealers and instructors,.

Just another tax on a constitutional right.

Newly released video shows the chaotic response to the deadly Idaho In-N-Out shooting. An unidentified off-duty state trooper exchanged gunfire with the shooter inside the restuarant and helped employees escape. Separately, former officer A.J. James confronted the gunman and was shot and wounded. An armed bystander also fired back, helping divert the shooter from the restaurant.

Not trying to beat a dead horse, but, one thing that bothers me is, traditional law enforcement training states that the greatest factor that dictates the number of casualties is, how fast the cops get there. I'm Retired LEO and a Fi****ms Instructor, and I don't find that to be true.

What I have found, is the greatest variable to impact the number of casualties is, how fast someone engages the attacker, be that a cop or a member of the general public.

This man once again proved that theory.
