Sick of being home, bored?? Join FIT HAPPENZ for VIRTUAL CLASSES!! That's right! We will be operating our NORMAL schedule through this time of quarantine. To help everyone out, we have lowered our drop in pricing to $5 for all classes :) Let's stick together and work through this as one . These classes are open to ANYONE and EVERYONE! You will need a computer or mobile device that connects to the internet. All classes are in EST time zone. We look forward to staying fit with you!

We have exciting news! Starting immediately, FIT HAPPENZ will be streaming all classes VIRTUALLY!! Read on for more details.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are currently not hosting live classes in our studio. We want to stress that nothing is more important than your health, safety, and well-being, and that of our other class attendees.

All classes WILL continue on as scheduled in the form of a live stream class!

HOW DOES IT WORK?!

Step 1: Sign up for the class via FIT HAPPENZ app or website.
Step 2: All registered attendees will receive a text, push notification, or email 5 minutes before the class begins. In this message will be a link to class.
Step 3: Work out = Feel Happy! :)
If you are using a smartphone, you will be asked to download the ZOOM app. If you are using a desktop/laptop, you will be directed to the website
Anyone is allowed to “drop in” for the class as if they are walking in for a regular class.

Come experience 30 minutes of flowing movement with a yoga-like workout. It is relaxing and fun as you challenge your body to stretch, leaving you feeling taller and stronger. Not only will you be working and stretching your muscles, but this mindful experience will make you feel rejuvenated and energized.
