And we are on our way 📈

This is how Premier Hitting Lab came to life - before you saw it on our walls, on your shirts, in your inbox or in your feed. Turning a few words and pictures into a real-life vision is still crazy to me..but it’s so much fun and I’m glad you’re all here to join me for the ride. Who wants a part 2?👇

Thank you all for building the dream with me!! Who’s ready to come behind the scenes for year 2?!

Time flies when you do what you love 🤯

The community, energy, and impact The Lab has created in such a short time are more than I ever could have imagined. You have all have helped me prove the risk was well worth it and I’m incredibly grateful for every player and family who has walked through our doors, trusted me with their development, and supported Premier Hitting Lab along the way.

I truly can’t thank you all enough for the love, support, and trust you’ve shown us this past year.

One year down, forever to go. Just wait until you see what’s next 👀

Nothing like having to break into your own storage closet.

Nobody said it’d be easy being one person doing the job of 20. Every month I look back and realize how much I didn’t know 30 days ago.

That’s the proof you’re growing 💪

Stop avoiding the machine because it’s uncomfortable ❌

Tee work, front toss, and BP feel good. But none of them get you ready for real velo in the box.

Instead 👇

Get in there and force yourself to get uncomfortable.

Why it matters:
✅ Closest thing to live velocity when you can’t face a pitcher
✅ Forces you to work on your timing
✅ Trains your eyes to pick up high velocity or spin
✅ Helps game at-bats feel slower

Uncomfortable in the cage. Confident in the box.

Save this and send it to a player who needs to hear it 📨
