Things are heating up at RMFLEX this Friday. 🔥 Après Sauna | Denver Mobile Sauna and Cold Plunge Experience is popping up at RMFLEX on June 19th from 8:00 AM to noon with $15 all-you-can-sauna access.

If you joined us last year, you know why we’re excited to have them back. Members loved relaxing after their workouts, and some even stopped by just for the sauna. The wood-fired heat combined with the natural cedar aroma creates an incredibly relaxing experience that’s perfect for recovery and stress relief.

Whether you’re looking to loosen up sore muscles, recover from a tough training session, or simply take a few minutes for yourself, this is a great way to reset before the weekend.

• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Reid is back, and this time he’s showing us one of the more interesting pieces of equipment you’ll find at RMFLEX. 💪

This custom grip strength tool has a history in the strongman and steel-bending communities, and in this video, Reid breaks down what it is, what it’s used for, and how to use it with proper form.

Thank you to everyone who came out for the Murph last Saturday! 💪 It’s more than just a brutal workout. It’s about remembering why we do it, honoring those who serve, and grinding through it together. The energy on that turf was something else, and you all showed exactly what the RMFLEX community is made of.

Join us Mondays from 5:00–5:45 PM for a free 4-week class focused on helping you move better, improve flexibility, and reduce tension. Mobility work can help support better movement patterns, improve workout performance, prevent injuries, aid recovery, and help your body feel stronger and more efficient both inside and outside the gym.
