We’re excited to welcome PantherTec for a live demonstration of Kinesthetic Awareness Training (KAT)—an innovative system that uses real-time feedback to help athletes improve movement, body awareness, and performance.

Whether you’re a coach, athlete, or parent, come see the technology in action, ask questions, and meet Dr. Jo for yourself!

We’re excited to officially introduce a new part of the GRIT & GRACE family!

As a competitive travel softball player and USSSA All-American, Aaliah is excited to help the next generation of athletes build confidence, learn the game, and develop strong basic fundamentals.

These lessons are designed for 12U & under and are perfect for beginners who want to learn in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment.

Whether it’s your athlete’s first time picking up a bat or stepping into the pitching circle, Aaliah is ready to help them take the next step!

As a facility that opened just six months ago, we're honestly overwhelmed with gratitude.

Every rental, lesson, clinic, team practice, and conversation reminds us why we took this leap. Seeing athletes from Colorado and across the country choose our facility during one of the biggest softball weeks of the year is something we don't take for granted.
