1884 Group Fitness - Denver Athletic Club We are located inside the Denver Athletic Club. For membership questions, please see the DAC website for more information or to schedule a tour.

At 1884 our goal is to see our Members succeed in their Health and Fitness, regardless of athletic ability and age. The functional programing is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs. Whether you are looking to improve your cardiovascular conditioning or are l

ooking to PR in your lifts, we will work with you to achieve your goals. To get started, you must be a member of the Denver Athletic Club. The program is free to all members, but we do require you to pass a Test Out session for experienced athletes or attend a Ramp Up Course. At this time the DAC does not allow Drop ins. Unfortunately as a private city club the only guest passes/drop in passes we have are for members to bring guests in to try the club. The only option would be for you to come in with a member and charge their account for the guest pass. The daily guest pass fee is $20.
