Champions Lacrosse Academy CLA is a year round lacrosse training community for players, coaches and parents. We specialize in s We train athletes of all skill levels, ages and abilities.

Champions Lacrosse Academy is focused on bringing top level training, nutrition, knowledge and experience to all of our lacrosse athletes. We combine a variety of training modalities including CrossFit, TRX, speed and agility, plyometrics, Mountain Athletics, weight Training, military programs, stretching, mobility and sport specific drills to bring you the best programming to help you reach your

long and short term athletic goals. CLA helps our athletes with not only designing and implementing workout programs but we also help educate our athletes on proper nutrition and through our partnership with Max Muscle we can help you fuel and recover the way our pro athletes do. Our athletes learn to train better, fuel their inner warrior and learn proper warm-up and cool-down techniques as well as how to spend their recovery days getting ready for their next challenging workout or competition. We specialize in helping our athletes unleash their potential to achieve their fitness goals and go beyond what they ever imagined they could do. We believe in developing well rounded athletes who can reach beyond their potential and who is ready for anything life can throw at them.
