A SALUTE to .woodland for winning the natty, the 119th 🏆⛳️🇺🇸 .
Been a lot of talk about “Dub Nation” this past month with and the playoffs....... well...... Dub Nation got it done at this wknd! 🙌🏌️🥇 .
I’ve really enjoyed watching Gary play and get back dialed in over the past year or so. L-O-V-E that he’s doing it with a blade style putter. You can see a very confident player/athlete going about his business and results speak for themselves. Ata boy Big W! 👊 No 3 putts, no double bogeys, and only 4 bogeys for the tournament.......that’s how you win ladies and gentlemen 👏👏👏 .

Dynamic Med Ball Crunches ☄️ .
Not only do we need a good kinematic sequence during the golf swing but also a strong and supportive core. This exercise helps build both of those 📶👍 .
Great combo exercise with explosive benefits. Multiple of benefits including 1️⃣ starting in a glute bridge position ensures the glutes are active to help with keeping the lower back muscles calm 2️⃣ also allows the hamstrings to help in initiating the movement and not losing lumbar support 3️⃣ I slowed it down so you can see the lower back is flat on ground, core is active, to help FIRE out the ball like a catapult ⚖️👊 .

Glutes, hamstrings, and core all working together for a dynamic movement? Yeah that’ll play ✅🤙 .

Since and metrics have changed how we look at sports, Wonder what type of exit velocity was getting back in the day w some lumber ⚾️ two of the greatest to do it at their own sports, now ballin out on the course ⛳️ .
