*FIIT circuits are structured by way of circuit training routine that rotates through a series of stations combining aerobic and resistance exercises. Th
e aerobic activities include, spin bikes and rowers as well as modified plyometrics. The resistance routines incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells, suspension training and body weight exercises. The routines are monitored indoors and out, using state of the art heart rate technology. The programs change every other week to prevent physical plateau and mental boredom.
