Well friends…this is what 40 looks like on me… Honestly looking back, I never thought I would make it this late in life, I struggled hard, and made a lot of mistakes, and hurt internally a lot more, but it has led me to a place where I’ve become a role model, a coach, an athlete, a trainer, and a person that has an amazing group of friends. I am forever grateful for what life has granted me and taught me, and I am dying to share that knowledge with others. Thank you friends for all of your birthday wishes and shout outs, you all truly motivate me to be a better person every day, I love you all deeply. ❤️🙏💁🏻‍♂️
