Happy Pride! 💜🏳️‍🌈 I’ve been wanting to dye my hair for a long time, but never gathered the courage to say F__ it! And go for it.

If you had asked me years ago, I would have said my favorite color is red. The color of passion, fire, and determination. But in the past few years, I feel as though I’ve prioritized ease, creativity, and mental health. Purples, especially lavender, has really been calling to me.

I already feel more centered and energized with a fun new hairdo. 💜

Do you wonder how to sustain healing and continue growing after trauma? Are you ready to move beyond survival and create a life rooted in joy, connection, and pleasure? Do you want practical tools to help healing become part of your everyday life?

Healing isn’t a single event, it’s an ongoing journey of learning, growth, and self-discovery. In this class, we’ll explore what it means to carry healing forward by integrating the tools and insights that support long-term resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful connection.

Together, we’ll revisit key themes from the series (or visit them for the first time if you didn’t attend the other classes—this class does a great job reviewing everything) from understanding trauma and nervous system regulation to reconnecting with your body, healing within relationships, and rediscovering pleasure.

You’ll build practical skills for sustaining growth, cultivating resilience, maintaining intimacy and connection, and creating a personalized roadmap for ongoing healing and self-discovery.
