Coach Justin Chester resides in Lafayette Colorado and is the Head Coach of the Parker and Lafayette Triathlon Teams. He is a USAT certified coach and has been involved in sports his entire life having swam in high school and playing golf at the collegiate level. Justin has an extensive multisport background and is a three time Ironman finisher. He began coaching after writing out a plan for a fri

end competing in a half ironman event. Coach Justin takes great pride in the interaction he has with his clients and works with athletes of all levels and abilities.

Helmets save lives!! Thanks Fox Racing MTB for keeping my son's brains in tact when he took a hard crash earlier this week. He's a little sore but should be back at it in a couple of weeks.

Friday Funday. I brought out the "Randomize of Death" again and boy it didn't disappoint. We had so we pushups, walking with fins on and even a 400IM!!!

Today begins the march to the State Swim meet and we kicked it off in style with a distance day that focused on the 500. Also...I apparently cannot math the day after and couldn't figure out the intervals. But we got there...
