From our first class to our last, what an amazing ride it’s been. We are so grateful for the friends made, lessons learned, laughs, blood, sweat, tears, late nights, early mornings, and everything in between. Certainly not the ending we imagined, but it has made us appreciate the journey that much more. ⁣⁣

Thank you for breathing life into FLEX, and for helping make our dreams a reality. Thank you for showing up on the good days, the bad days, and the days you’d rather be anywhere else. After much discussion and thought, we’ve made the tough call, and have decided to suspend all FLEX Yoga + Barre classes effective March 16th.⁣
⁣
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our community, and we believe this is the most responsible way to see that through. ⁣
⁣
We’ll be offering virtual classes 🖥 so you can FLEX from home, and we hope to have this platform up and running ASAP! ⁣
⁣
We’re in uncharted waters here as we navigate this, but the FLEX community is strong, committed, and responsible. We will get through this. ⁣
⁣
