We are based in Denver, CO with combined backgrounds and experiences in woodworking, handyman skills, Master Pilates Instructor, and interest in the safety and well-being of others.

A Pilates Medic Wellness Check not only involves deep cleaning, sanitation, bearing checks, spring tests and wheel assessment, but also includes a Safety Inspection. Take a look at just a couple of the issues we routinely find - and repair - at each Wellness check.... Here we see a loose upright fastener and the hinge pin on a head rest falling out that was discovered during a recent Wellness Check.
