BUSY SUMMER @ VERDICT RIDGE -- check out the club's back lawn project that is set to debut at this week's Member Guest Invitational. (3) Fire pits, new starter shack, new back lawn event area with 7800 sq. ft of artificial turf and double in size practice putting green. A very cool touch is the club logo was hand painted by Asheville artist, Esau Alday, who documented his project. The new back lawn looks as good at night as it does during the day and we are excited to put it to good use in the days, weeks and months ahead. Special thanks to our VR staff for their hard work, Ron Vega for the starter shack build, Forever Lawn ~ Lake Norman for the turf and The Carolina Lawn Company for taking our wall, firepits and paver vision to completion. Click through for brief look back on our summer. Full course greens renovation coming in 2027!

THANK YOU VERDICT RIDGE MEMBERS & FRIENDS

The Knox family would like to express our sincere appreciation for the calls, texts, emails and online postings over the past several days after the passing of club founder, Eddie Knox. The candlelight vigil on Wednesday evening, with members sharing stories of their time with Eddie was a great comfort to the family. Clearly, Eddie had a larger impact on many of you than we even knew, and it should be pointed out that you did the same for him. Thank you to everyone for the flowers, plants, food, desserts and hugs. We look forward to more great days together enjoying Verdict Ridge and the vision that he created and you all have supported!.

The Celebration of Life video recording should be posted first of the week.

Below is the link for the photo slideshow that was played which captured his life as a youth, family, friends and more.
