We throw out what either doesn't work or is less effective, and only focus on what will work at the highest levels. Morning Star Jiu Jitsu believes in being open minded and understands that jiu jitsu is constantly changing and updating. We are continually working to stay on top of the newest trends while holding fundamentals and core concepts as the heart of what we teach.
