Our January field trip at the zoo was a TON of fun! Even in the colder weather. Luckily in Colorado even when it’s cold our sun is most likely going to be out, making it comfortable and fun weather!

Our field trips are an excellent opportunity to engage our kiddos outside of class and to keep us mamas connected. Keep an eye out and join us for our February field trip!

We had such a fabulous event with our very own after class making our own gift tags!

We had so many cute and creative options to choose from whether it was between different patterns of card stock, ties, markers, and more! Maddie also provided such great energy and support during this event.

It’s been a busy week at Fit4Mom Denver. Our new instructor kicked off her first class on Tuesday followed by Storytime & Snack, we had Stroller Strides on Wednesday and Thursday, and ended the week with the best and her killer Stroller Barre today 💪🏽

Please join us in welcoming our brand new Stroller Strides instructor, Alyssa !! Alyssa has been a consistent member of Fit4Mom Denver and has recently completed training to become our newest instructor. Alyssa brings forth a calming and supportive persona while simultaneously bringing the heat in her workouts. She’s already hit the ground running 👟and we are so excited to welcome her to our team!
