This weekend was truly transformative. I had the honor of attending the inaugural Coaching Community “Welcome Home” Retreat, and what I experienced went far beyond professional growth.

I met the most incredible coaches—people who challenged me, inspired me, and poured into me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. I’m leaving with a full heart, a renewed spirit, and something I didn’t expect: a new family.
