The BUTT TEST

The BUTT TEST EARN YOUR ASS. THE BUTT TEST:
This is a team of varsity asses. JV need not apply, but keep training, we keep try outs open. it's Science. How do you PASS? Varsity.

The Butt Test is a highly sophisticated fitness test that can potentially determine the punch (muscle/junk) that your butt packs, hauls, squats… generally, it displays your overall athletic ability. A high test score= power (dominance and strength). The test is composed of 3 very important steps:
1. You load any standard bar bell with any standard rubber bumper plates
2. You lay under the loaded

bar, face down
3. You then have your science experiment assistant roll the bar towards your butt to see if you pass or not. Make sure you have at least 2 assistants, one to roll the bar and one to verify your pass/fail status. This is not something you want to mistake. Simple, if the bar STOPS at the highest point of your Gluteus Maximus, you pass. If the bar passes over your Gluteus Maximus, FAIL, you are in training. Fuel and squat accordingly. JV (for the time being). Do you Pass? Prove it and post a pic with pride, we have worked hard for this junk. Keep it clean, this is for a good cause! Do you pass the test? We have some new members that took one and only true test of fitness, The Butt Test. Passing/varsity = the bar stopping. Passing/in training= bar touches, barley rolls over. Fail= your b***y doesn't touch the bar at all.
