Yoga & Music Coach bringing movement, mindfulness, and fun to every Stretch-n-Grow class! 💛

🗽 Originally from New York and has called Colorado home for the past 10 years
🏐 Fun fact: She met her husband on an adult recreational dodgeball team!
🌴 Favorite place: Beautiful Costa Rica
👨‍👩‍👦 Can’t live without her family—her husband, two-year-old son, and dog Ella

Candace holds a Master’s degree in School Psychology and has spent the past 10 years supporting students as a School Psychologist in schools across the Denver metro area and remotely throughout the country. She is excited to teach kids about movement, music, and mindfulness while helping them build confidence and have fun along the way! 🧘‍♀️
