Sean earned his Associate's Degree in Exercise Science and went on to become an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. He is passionate about helping people build confidence, improve their health, and feel their best both inside and outside the gym.

When he's not training clients, Sean enjoys hiking, reading, and painting.

🇺🇸 Fun Fact: Sean proudly served 5 years of active duty in the U.S. Army.
