I will be instructing a 5 week training program that if completed will allow participants to smash the Deka Race.

Details:
1.5 hour workouts
$30 a session/workout
$130 paid upfront for all 5 sessions/workouts

Sessions/workouts to include burpees, running, rowing, calisthenics, dumbbells, high intensity, etc.

4/19 - 0900am - Stem School
4/26 - 0900am - Stem School
4/30 - 1800pm - Stem School
