It's a fact, if you're NOT lifting weights you're getting weaker by the day...don't believe me look at your beloved grandparents. It doesn't have to be like that for you. 2 - 30 minute weight training sessions per week at FITNESS LOGIC will literally change your life for the better, and it doesn't matter what age you start...but you do have to start.
